In the spirit of good practice, when you are purchasing products, classes, or coaching services from me I ask you to confirm that you have read and agreed to each statement below and that you (client) wish to proceed with me (coach/seller).
Terms + Conditions:
Store Products: My products are printed and shipped via the fulfillment services of Printful. When you receive an order, the return address is set by default to the Printful headquarters. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at Printful’s expense.
Printful does not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or for size exchanges because each product is made to order. They can only replace or exchange items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need a different size, a new order would need to be placed at your expense for an updated size (so really check the size charts before you place an order!). Courses: All sales are final (that means that refunds are not offered). Individuals will have access to the course for one full year from time of enrollment.
For course team registrations: if your organization purchases a team registration package and a staff member cannot participate in the course, you have 30 days from time of purchase to reassign the individual registration to another staff member. Please contact me for assistance. Note that team enrollments are licensed to individuals, not to shelters, hospitals, a shared email account, or general location.
Coaching: All sales are final. You are welcome to reschedule your appointment a minimum of 24 hours prior to your original appointment. Clients are responsible for rescheduling their appointments.
No-show appointments or appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment takes place will be billed for that appointment.
The course and/or coaching services you will be receiving are not a substitute for professional mental health care or medical care and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health or medical conditions.
You understand that the coach is not acting as a mental health counselor or a medical professional and that courses and coaching are not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, mental health care, or substance abuse treatment, and will not use it in place of any form of therapy.
Client is responsible for creating and implementing his/her own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions and results. As such, the client agrees that the coach is not and will not be liable for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the coach.
You hereby release, waive, acquit and forever discharge Jessica Dolce, any agents, personal representatives, and executors from any claim, suit action, demand or right to compensation for damages you may claim to have or that you may have resulting from the course and/or coaching relationship contemplated by this agreement.
All client information will be held as confidential unless client states otherwise in writing, except as required by law.
