I specialize in working with animal care and welfare professionals and people who live with dogs who have behavior challenges. I can support you as you navigate the intense stressors of being a caregiver and help you find your way forward when you’re not sure what to do next.

In our 1-on-1 sessions, we’ll work together to help you reduce your stress, tackle all your burning questions, and make lasting changes for a more satisfying and resilient life.

My approach is based on a deep understanding of the challenges you face as a caregiver to animals. I’ll bring my years of experience as an animal welfare + care professional and expertise as a certified compassion fatigue educator to each session. I’m practical, fun (there will be laughter!) and deeply respectful of your experience.

Together, we’ll look for practical solutions and work to develop your own compassionate badassery practice to better support you, so you can live a good life and do the work that matters to you!

During our six months together, I’ll custom tailor a coaching plan for you using three main areas that are key to caring for yourself while caring for others: Awareness, Boundaries, and Connection.


First, we’ll take some time to explore where you are right now, so you can clarify what you want out of your life and career. We’ll look at any questions you have about your work, how it’s impacting you, and examine the possible solutions. With this new awareness, we’ll map out your goals.


During this phase, we tackle setting limits and healthy boundaries, by leaning into your personal strengths, core values, and untapped resources. Self-care and healthy caregiving are impossible without boundaries, so this is a critical element of our work together.


When was the last time you talked about how your spirit is impacted by this work? Or how isolated you feel from other people? We need to be connected to something bigger than us, as well as caring people, in order to thrive in this work. During our sessions you’ll discover and nurture the deeper connections that will sustain you as you move forward.

We’ll work together on any thing standing in your way and create a path that leads to greater well-being and resilience in your life and career.

Every step of the way, you’ll have a coach that understands what it means to love animals and work in uniquely challenging environments.

6 Months to Compassionate Badassery: You’re ready to live a life that actually feels good, so you’re calling in the kind of support you know you need to help you get there.

In our sessions we’ll tap into your strengths, your values, and you vision of your best life. We’ll nail your old stories and thought patterns that are keeping your stuck. Together we’ll dig into your boundaries and create the compassionate limits you need to take care of yourself. And we’ll map out your long term goals, so you can make progress through clear, actionable steps.

At every step, I’ve got your back.

Your 6 month Package Includes:

  • 12 60-minute one-on-one calls with me (2 per month)
  • Weekly accountability check-ins that ensure you move forward while feeling supported
  • Full access to me via email in between calls for when you feel stuck, confused, or ready to celebrate – basically, you’ll have a partner you can be in touch with anytime if needed.
  • Documents and materials tailored specifically to you as needed.
